NEW YORK
Sohrab Hura: Mother
This exhibition weaves together bodies of work across photography, film, sound, drawing, painting, and text that have never before been shown together. Self-trained and beginning his career in documentary photography, Hura quickly took on an essayistic and experimental approach, using multiple media to produce his layered work. Hura brings into focus colonially imposed borders, the trauma of partition, and the changing ecosystem of the Indian subcontinent.

REST OF UK
Keiran Perry: Smoke Filled Mirror
Photographer Keiran Perry offers an intimate portrait of a travelling circcus, lensing resilience and community within the UK's northern landscapes. Over two years, Perry immersed himself in their world, creating a body of work which moves beyond documentary photography. Now published as a photobook of over 100 images and a transcript of conversations with Perry, exploring notions of belonging and human connection.

SEOUL
AND BLUE: Exhibition and Book Launch
Between the noise and silence of the city, the anxiety of youth becomes sharper in the blue light. That blue light wraps around their loneliness, as if time has stopped. AND BLUE captures the moment their existence stands still, and in the emptiness, their time slowly fades away.

NEW YORK
Mary Ellen Mark: Ward 81
In 1976, photographer MEM embarked on an arduous, self-assigned project with sociologist Dr. Karen Folger Jacobs to document the lives of women living in the high-security, all-female wing of the Oregon State Hospital in the city of Salem. Hoping to better understand and represent their life experiences, Mark and Jacobs arranged to spend a month living alongside the women in Ward 81. The duration of their stay, and their extraordinary access to patients and staff, enabled the collaborators to produce a nuanced and compelling record of female psychiatric treatment in the United States during the mid-1970s.
